ABOUT

I'm Łukasz Blania — a solo developer and copywriter building useful, slightly weird products, and the automation systems that pay for them.

I work alone, from Katowice, with clients and users everywhere. One person means the whole stack is mine: code, copy, design decisions, support emails, invoices. It's slower than a team and more honest than a pitch deck — everything on this site was built, written, and shipped by the same pair of hands.

The path so far has one repeating pattern: build it for myself, notice it works, ship it to others. My main service — AI content automation on n8n — started as a workflow I built for my own content. It worked, so I sold it directly to clients — and a year and a half later it still runs daily for businesses in ecommerce, pest control, and travel.

The products kept coming: Local Waifu, an AI companion that lives on your own machine instead of someone's cloud. First Person Viewpoint, a narrative app where you step inside the story. Postsider, social publishing built for both humans and AI agents, now in private beta. And Formto, an open-source form backend that runs without me — which was the point of open-sourcing it.

The philosophy fits in one line: take something messy — an idea, a workflow, a half-built product — and ship the simple version that actually works. Products worth using, priced like I mean it, described without scammy energy. If a thing stops deserving attention, it gets sold, open-sourced, or put to sleep — not left to rot.

Right now: client automation runs daily, Postsider's beta users are the priority, and this blog documents the rest. If you want the numbers-and-lessons version, readFive products, one person.
